Erin Pyne

Author, dolphin trainer and singer.

Erin is the author of The Ultimate Guide to the Harry Potter Fandom, Curiouser and Curiouser: Pool of Tears, and the Red Angel Comic series with What the Flux Books (2010), Her first novel, Dolphin Journey, was published in 2004. She has published several articles in “Art Nouveau Magazine” and “The Ringlords- News of Import.”

Pyne has a Bachelor of Psychology from Rollins College with a Master Certification in Conservation Biology from the University of Central Florida relating to her career as a dolphin trainer in Florida.

Erin is the creator and director of the Orlando Harry Potter Club. She is active in the Harry Potter fandom community, presenting films and panels at Potter symposiums, and organizing and performing in wizard rock concerts. Her band The House of Black has performed at many conventions and Potter fandom events around the country.
